Facility Rental:	Base rental vs. 10 % of gross receipts, after taxes
Advanced Ticket Sales:	A fee of 3.5% per advance ticket sold. Tickets are considered advance until night of show.
Box Office Charge Card Fee:	3.5% for each ticket purchased by charge card.
Ticket Service Charge:	$1.50 per ticket sold at the Coliseum Box Office. Service charges for those sold through TicketMaster vary. These services charges are paid by the ticket purchaser.
Ticket Printing Fee:	.12 cents per ticket printed.
Ticket Refund Fee:	.50 cent per ticket refunded.
Insurance Required:	$1 million public event policy, naming the City of Macon, The Macon Centreplex and all its employees as additional insured.
Staffing/Equipment Charges:	All staffing and equipment is extra. Staffing levels are determined by type and requirements of show, ticket sales and/or crowd expected....All staffing is at a 4 hour minimal call.
